Offer for schools

Select the ski pass type, first day of validity and number of students (minimum 10 ski passes).  
To combine different ski pass types or durations, add another item using + Add ski pass.
If you need additional teacher ski passes beyond the free passes provided under the 10 + 1 rule, enter their number in the „Number of teachers – paid“ field.

Single gondola rides to Černá hora
Single gondola rides are particularly useful for schools staying on Černá hora when arriving or departing. Order them for students and accompanying teachers only if the arrival or departure journey is not covered by the validity of their ski passes.

Enter the billing details directly in the order.  
Make sure you enter the school’s name, organisation identification number (IČO), address, contact person and authorised legal representative correctly.

Please note: If you need a purchase contract for publication in the Czech Register of Contracts, enter the school’s details accurately and correctly identify the authorised legal representative who will be named in the contract.

After submitting your order
Your order number will be displayed. We recommend saving it or taking a photo of it in case the confirmation email does not arrive. 

Order confirmation
The contact person will receive an email confirming the order, with a link to the order details. 

Contract and invoice
Generate the contract and invoice directly in your order details.  
Once the invoice has been issued, the order can no longer be edited.

Payment
Payment must reach SkiResort’s account before you collect the ski passes. We therefore recommend making the payment well in advance.

Please note: The invoice cannot be paid at the ticket office on the day of arrival or retrospectively after the course has ended.

Travelling with a larger group?
We can prepare your ski passes in advance at your chosen collection point to help you avoid a longer wait on arrival.

How do you request advance preparation?
You will receive information and a booking option in your order confirmation email and again in the payment confirmation email containing the QR codes for collecting your ski passes.

What is the deadline?
Submit your request at least 24 hours before your planned collection time.

Important: If you choose advance preparation, your ski passes will only be issued at the collection point selected in advance. Once the booking has been submitted, the collection point cannot be changed.

After paying for your order
We will email you the reservation number and QR codes for collecting your ski passes. You will also find these details in your order details.

Multiple QR codes
For larger orders, the system may split the order into several parts. If you receive multiple QR codes, present all of them when collecting your ski passes.

If you have requested advance preparation, your ski passes will be waiting at the collection point selected in advance.

Without advance preparation, you can collect your ski passes using the QR codes:
* At sKiosks, available 24/7 – recommended if you do not need to change the number of ski passes, return any passes or purchase additional ones on arrival.
* At the collection points listed below during their opening hours – if you need to adjust the number of ski passes on arrival.

Ski passes are issued on chip cards with no deposit or additional fees.

* Janské Lázně - ticket office at the lower station of the Černohorský Express gondola: 8:15–17:00
* Pec pod Sněžkou - Javor ticket office: 8:15–16:30 
* Velká Úpa - SkiResort LIVE Portášky rental shop: 8:15–16:00
* Černý Důl - U Family Express ticket office: 8:15–15:30

Please note: We recommend checking the current opening hours before arrival.

Have fewer students arrived than stated in the order?
Report the number of unused ski passes at the ticket office. We will cancel these passes, issue a credit note and refund the money to the school’s bank account. You do not need to submit a separate refund request for ski passes not collected at the ticket office.

Have more students arrived?
You can purchase additional ski passes on site at the school ski pass rate applicable to purchases at a staffed ticket office.  
Payment is possible in cash or by card.

Requesting refunds for school ski passes due to illness or injury?
Submit a refund request covering all affected school ski passes after the course has ended, using the online form. Include the ski pass and order numbers and attach medical reports or entries from the school medical officer’s log for all affected students together in one submission.
We will issue a credit note within 30 days of receiving the request.

Groups of 15 or more people must be registered in advance with the ski bus dispatch centre:

Please also call the same number in the event of a significant delay or a change to the scheduled transport time.
Without prior registration, we cannot guarantee that the entire group will be able to travel on the same ski bus.

By prior arrangement, a coach may drop off or pick up a group with luggage at the lower station of the Černohorský Express gondola lift in Janské Lázně. Access is via a service parking area that is not open to the public and is always subject to the instructions of the staff.

Transport of groups with luggage is only available at the following times:
7:30–8:29 and 16:00–17:29.

Transport must be booked in advance by the accommodation provider via the REENIO system. Capacity is limited, so we recommend booking well in advance.
* Groups load and unload their own luggage
* Every passenger must have a valid ticket
* From 8:30 to 16:00, passengers are transported as usual through the turnstiles
* In the case of a very early departure, luggage may, by prior arrangement, be placed in the gondola cabins the previous evening from 18:00. 

Janské Lázně / Černá hora
The service parking area at the Černohorský Express is intended only for dropping off and picking up groups, not for long-term coach parking.
Coach parking is available at the KRPA site in Svoboda nad Úpou. Please check availability in advance: +420 736 751 909

Pec pod Sněžkou / Velká Úpa
Throughout the municipality, parking is permitted only in designated parking areas. Please check coach parking availability in advance with the parking operator: +420 774 772 774; parkingpec@seznam.cz

Černý Důl and other locations
We recommend checking coach access to the accommodation and coach parking options with your accommodation provider in advance.

Would you like to finish your school ski course with a race?
In Pec pod Sněžkou, we can prepare and organise a complete ski race for groups of approximately 10–70 people.

Depending on the selected package, we can provide for example:
* slope preparation and race course setup
* start list and race bibs
* race organisation and timekeeping
* results processing
* award ceremony, medals and certificates

You can choose from several options – from a simple school race to a race with electronic timing. If required, we can also prepare a tailor-made solution.

Not all pupils have their own equipment?
For school groups, we can arrange ski and snowboard equipment rental directly in the resort.

* rental for 1–5 days

Do you need additional instructors for your own team, or would you like us to take care of the entire ski or snowboard instruction?
We can provide qualified APUL-licensed instructors for both skiing and snowboarding.

Lessons can be adapted to the needs of your group:
* any number of teaching hours
* any number of instructors according to the size of the group

Have you already arranged accommodation and would you like us to take care of the skiing part of the course?
For school groups, we can organise a complete ski programme in Pec pod Sněžkou, Janské Lázně, Černý Důl or Velká Úpa.

The course may include:
* 20 hours of ski lessons over 5 days
* lessons in smaller groups of 5–8 children
* ski passes
* snack and drinks
* final ski races 
If you need a different number of days or a different extent of instruction, we will be happy to prepare a tailor-made offer.

Important: Accommodation is not included in the offer and must be arranged separately by the school.

Are you skiing with your pupils in Janské Lázně and would you like to provide them with a hot lunch right next to the slope?
At the lower station of the Černohorský Express gondola lift, we can provide:

The menu depends on the current daily offer. Orders must be placed no later than one week in advance.

Some health insurance companies contribute towards children’s school ski courses or other physical activities.
The amount of the contribution, age limits and conditions vary between individual insurance companies.
We therefore recommend that parents check the current conditions directly with their health insurance provider.

What do I need when purchasing ski passes at the ticket office?
A completed form with the school stamp, e-mail address, name and signature of the responsible person.  
A list of pupils’ names is not required.

Can more than one person purchase or collect the ski passes?
No. The entire group must be handled by one person.

Can school ski passes be purchased or collected from a self-service kiosk?
They cannot be purchased there. Ski passes ordered and paid for online can be collected from an sKiosk using a QR code.

Is there a deposit or any additional fee for the ski passes?
No separate deposit or additional fee is charged for the school ski pass card.

I did not receive an order confirmation.
Check all folders in your e-mail inbox, including spam.
We therefore recommend also saving the order number displayed on the screen after completing your order.

Why have I received several QR codes?
For larger orders, the system may split the order into several parts. If you receive several QR codes, present all of them when collecting the ski passes. One QR code is issued for every 30 ski passes.

I need to change my order after the invoice has been issued.
If the invoice has not yet been paid, follow the instructions in the order details or create a new order.
If the order has already been paid, changes to the number of pupils can be handled when collecting the ski passes.

Is the gondola lift to Černá hora included in the ski pass?
Yes, during the validity period of the ski pass.
If you need to use the gondola lift before the ski pass becomes valid or after its validity has ended, you must purchase a separate ride.

What should I do if a ski pass is lost or damaged?We recommend that pupils take a photo of the printed side of the ski pass showing its number after receiving it.
If the ski pass is lost or damaged, a duplicate can be issued using this number. Without identifying the specific ski pass, it is not possible to issue a duplicate.

Can students share a ski pass?
No. All ski passes are non-transferable and photo checks are carried out when passing through the turnstiles. In the event of misuse, the ski pass may be blocked.

Can teachers share a ski pass?
No. If a teacher leaves or becomes ill, submit a claim for their ski pass and purchase a new one for the replacement teacher at the ticket office.

Do you offer transferable ski passes?
No, transferable ski passes are not available.

Do you offer local school fares for individual ski areas?
No, we do not offer local school fares. School ski passes are valid in all 6 ski areas of SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC, so you can ski in different areas during the course.

How do I submit a claim?
The course leader or person responsible for the school ski course submits the claim using the online claim form.
We recommend keeping a record of individual cases during the course and submitting all claims together after the course has ended.

Please prepare the following for the claim:
* ski pass number or a photo of the ski pass
* medical report or a report from the course first aider
* proof of purchase for ski passes purchased at the ticket office
* order number or invoice for online orders

Where will the money be refunded?
For online orders, the money will be refunded to the school’s bank account specified in the order.
