The web form below is only for resolving complaints related to online skipass purchase and refunds of online skipasses for reasons stated in the Terms and Conditions. Other complaints should be submitted either in person at the complaints departments in Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou, or in written form sent to skiresort@skiresort.cz.
