Winter Sportík Registration

Sportík is a sports club where we encourage children aged 4 to 12 to enjoy being active all year round! In winter, we hit the slopes on skis and snowboards. Some children learn the basics, while others work on improving their technique. In summer, we offer day camps packed with games and sports activities. In spring and autumn, we focus on all-round physical development, helping children improve their movement skills and team spirit through play. Sign your children up for Sportík and give them the opportunity to enjoy sport

Winter Sportík is a great opportunity for children to learn how to ski or improve their skiing skills. Training sessions take place in Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně. Simply choose your preferred location and register your child.

For the 2026/27 season, we are also opening a new snowboard group for children aged 7–13. Do you have a little shredder at home? Sign them up for our club! Snowboard training sessions do not overlap with ski training sessions, so children can take part in both.

Training sessions

Regular ski training sessions will take place twice a week:

Where:

Pec pod Sněžkou – meeting point at the SkiResort Live ski school office at Javor
Janské Lázně – the meeting point will be specified to registered participants before the first training session. Meeting points may change during the season depending on the level of the group.

The first training session will take place on 12 December 2026.

Training locations

We will use the entire Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně ski areas, together with the teaching equipment of the SkiResort Live ski school.

The youngest children will train in the LIVE park teaching area, while older children will train on the ski slopes. Lessons take place in groups according to the children’s age and skill level.

What can you expect from the lessons?

At Sportík, we focus on developing basic skiing and snowboarding skills and building confidence on the slopes.

During the winter, Sportík will include 27 training sessions. Children are divided into training groups according to both age and skiing ability.

Children will gradually learn:

correct skiing/snowboarding stance
parallel turns
their first carving turns on the edges
riding in varied terrain, over bumps and rollers and through banked turns

We do not limit ourselves to the pistes – children will also enjoy fun courses, games and other teaching aids. More advanced skiers can prepare to move on to one of the racing clubs operating within SkiResort and will also get an introduction to ski racing.

Final race

We will finish the season with a festive race, including the presentation of certificates, medals and prizes, on Saturday, 13 March 2027.

Price of Winter Sportík 2026/27

Course fee + ski pass package: CZK 8,900
Course fee with your own ski pass: CZK 3,000

We also offer the option of renting a complete ski set for the whole season (skis, boots, poles and helmet) for CZK 1,750. The set will be available at the rental shops in Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou once they open. Payment is made on site when collecting the equipment.
