Night skiing

The longest and widest lit ski slopes in the Czech Republic can be found in Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. Apart from the superlatives any visitor can try night skiing in 3 out of 6 ski areas in the SkiResort, namely Černá hora, Pec pod Sněžku and Velká Úpa.

With a valid Guest Card you get the best deal on evening skiing, with a 30% discount when buying a ski pass at the ticket office. Ask your host for a Guest Card.

What time takes night skiing place?

Operation of night skiing is depending on the snow conditions. For current schedule check this page. Ski slope grooming takes place before night skiing.

How to get to night skiing?

In ski area Černá hora you can leave your car at the central car park in Janské Lázně (P1). A shuttle will take you to ski slope Protěž and back; for the bus schedule click here.
In ski area Pec pod Sněžkou the nearest car park is Zelený potok (P4). You can also take a free shuttle from Velká Úpa, or CITY BUS connecting local hotels and boarding houses. For the bus schedule click here.
In ski area Velká Úpa you can leave your car at the car park on the square (P5). The ticket office of the ski lift Modřín is about 200 m away.
