Validity of time tickets is to 4 p.m. When claiming a ticket it is necessary to submit the cash receipt. Ski passes for more days are valid on consecutive days.Tickets and passes are non-transferable and subjected to a photo-check (except for the Transferable ski pass).  Any usage by an unauthorized person may result in forfeiting the ticket without compensation.

To purchase ski passes at www.skiresortcard.cz, it is necessary to upload the authorization (ski pass) to a chip carrier. For this reason, it is possible to upload the authorization (ski pass) to a chip carrier already purchased, on which the authorization (ski pass) will be uploaded. This chip carrier is no longer returnable. More information is given in the Terms and Conditions.

We accept Eurocard/MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron at the ticket offices:

• Janské Lázně – ticket offices at the bottom station of cable car Černohorský Express (A1), chairlift Hofmanky Express (A4)
• Pec pod Sněžkou – ticket offices at the bottom station of lift Javor (B1)
• Velká Úpa – ticket offices at the bottom station of chairlift Portášky (D1)
• Černý Důl – ticket offices at the bottom station of chairlift Family Express (C1)
• The cash desk in Pec at the lower station of the Javořák slope is CANCELED

Eurocard/MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron cards can be used to pay in sKiosk vending machines.

It is possible to pay with the Benefit+ card (with a VISA chip) at the SkiResort cash desks and sKiosk. It is possible to pay with the Pluxee card at the SkiResort cash desks.  The use of other cards or vouchers is not possible.
